A Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience and 20+ years of business ownership, including practice ownership, consulting and business coaching, Jerry has spent significant time on the front line, answering calls and learning why patients think and act the way they do when interacting with the front desk.
Dianne Jewell believes that strategy is your GPS – your navigation aid to creating an exceptional patient experience. Without it, you are destined to follow dead-end routes that don’t give anyone (including you) clear direction about what you have to offer and why it matters. Dianne will use her extensive experience in strategy development to help you activate the map you and your team can follow to achieve the ultimate customer commitment to your practice.
Dr. Mark Milligan, PT, DPT, is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopedic physical therapist that specializes in the education of treatment and prevention of MSK conditions. He is a clinician in multiple patient populations and is the Founder of Revolution Human Physical Therapy and Education, a micro-education company which has helped thousands of providers create the best patient experience and outcomes through team training and continuing education.
The “outside” business exec on the team, Brent brings almost 40 years of business operations and management experience, as well as 15 years of teaching and consulting in the Social Media Marketing world, to the Client Experience team. Having built 3 different businesses over his career and consulted with dozens more, Brent has an eye for the unusual solutions to complex problems. Married to Jeanne, a DPT/Independent Practice Owner, he understands the daily demands of the clinic ownership world.
Richard Zhao has extensive experience in the financial service and insurance industry, from
business strategy to technology improvement. With degrees in Automation Engineering and
Account and Finance, Richard can bridge the complicated business ideas to technology specs.
Richard has been an advocate for patient engagement on the front end, since he was
consulting at OptumHealth for product development. He used to design Center of Excellence
and Point of Entry business models for payer’s programs.
Richard also speaks at different healthcare associations and provider networks on consumer behavior analytics for healthcare.
